Position: Senior Bespoke Content Manager 
Location: London

Hours: 35 hours per week 
Salary: £47,870.00 per annum (actual)

About the role: 

Fundraising at Alzheimer’s Society is growing fast. We raised nearly £70m last year, 12% more than the previous year, and we’re aiming for £100m by 2022 so that we can bring help and hope to everyone living with dementia. Can you help us make it happen? 

We’re looking for someone exceptional to lead our Bespoke Content team, creating compelling funding propositions and crafting inspiring proposals for our major donor, trust and corporate supporters. Working right across Alzheimer’s Society, you’ll interrogate budgets and plans, turning activities into exciting funding packages. With a focus on complex, multi-year projects for six- and seven-figure potential donors, you’ll play a key role in exploring the funding opportunities we can create within our new strategy and influence the ongoing development of our case for support. 

About you: 

With a real talent for great writing, you’ll know how to lead your team to respond to a brief from a fundraiser, understand each individual supporter and produce accessible, engaging proposals that inspire a demanding audience to take action. You’ll be adept at juggling tasks and workflow to meet deadlines and respond to opportunities, and thrive on finding creative solutions to challenges. You’ll bring an open, collaborative, ‘even better if’ approach to gain the respect of senior colleagues and build key relationships within your team and across the Society.
