About the role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Senior Corporate Partnerships Officer to deliver a Corporate Partnerships strategy in order to significantly increase corporate partnerships income.

In line with the Trust’s overall strategy and using experience, innovation and creativity, this key new role will develop and manage a portfolio of mid-level and high value corporate partnerships, construct and deliver compelling pitches and proposals to secure long term strategic relationships, sponsorships and joint marketing initiatives.

The post holder will be an active member of the Development team, and will work closely with senior managers and other colleagues across all teams of the Trust to implement a new Corporate Partnerships strategy.

About you:

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to think strategically and to adapt your style when working with different audiences. You will have an impressive new business track record, preferable within a fundraising environment, and will be excellent at building rapport. You will be an active and driven member of our highly skilled and effective Development team, who will work closely with senior managers and other colleagues across all teams of the Trust.

This is an exciting time to join London Wildlife Trust as we embark on the development of new major projects including the launch of a new visitor and learning centre at Camley Street Natural Park in King’s Cross, the second year of operation at our brand new Woodberry Wetlands nature reserve in Hackney, and the opening of Walthamstow Wetlands, one of the largest urban nature reserves in Europe.

London Wildlife Trust manages over 40 nature reserves across the capital that are exemplars of urban conservation land management. The Trust engages London’s diverse communities through access to our nature reserves, volunteering programmes and education and outreach work.
