The role

As our new Senior Individual Giving Officer not only is this a chance to get involved with recruiting new supporters and maximising donations to the charity you'll also project manage and integrate campaigns whilst generating income through working closely with other Sue Ryder teams.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Agreeing cross-audience campaign communication ensuring a high level of customer care is achieved
  • Proactively working with the Marketing Team and external agencies to develop engaging copy and creative for campaigns and appeals
  • Providing regular updates and reports on income and expenditure
  • Keeping abreast of any developments in the direct marketing sector

About you

It's an exciting time to join Sue Ryder and to hit the ground running ideally you will have solid direct marketing experience as well as a proven track record of achieving individual income targets. You will have the knowledge to manage third party suppliers in addition to excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with people at all levels. Budgeting and project management skills are an essential requirement in order to succeed in this role and progress your career with us.
