We have been building powerful partnerships for children for 80 years, and are now active in more than 70 countries.

Our Philanthropic Partnerships Team is specifically responsible for all trust, foundation and major donor relationships and income. It is an exciting and innovative team, having increased annual revenue from £1.5m in 2012 to £3m in 2017. We are recruiting an additional Senior Trust Fundraiser to manage and coordinate a brand new £1.6 million, multi-country grant from a trust donor.

You will also be responsible for all aspects of the relationship management of the donor and for the coordination of different internal stakeholders - including programmes, governance and communications to deliver extensive compliance, media and reporting requirements. 

You will be able to demonstrate previous experience in managing large trusts or statutory partners within an international development context . You will have a strong track record in developing compelling proposals and reports, and in delivering persuasive and professional presentations. You will also have excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills and be able to work with a range of diverse stakeholders.
