Head of Corporate Engagement (Fundraising)

Shooting Star Chase is a leading children’s hospice charity caring for babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions, and their families.  The role of Head of Corporate Engagement is pivotal to contributing toward funding that care and we are extremely proud that a number of our corporate supporters have been with us for many years.

The Head of Corporate Engagement will oversee three vital functions within Shooting Star Chase;

• Manage, develop and grow our portfolio of corporate partnerships
• Oversee and manage our corporate new business development
• Oversea and manage our programme of corporate volunteering.

Shooting Star Chase’s portfolio of existing corporate partners delivers a significant proportion of our sustainable income, which this role will be responsible for maintaining and building upon. Further to this, the Head of Corporate Engagement will be responsible for seeking to extend our existing portfolio, building new meaningful partnerships and initiatives with new companies and organisations, who can enable the charity to expand its already successful work through financial support, gifts in kind or other means.

The post will be based at Bridge House in Addlestone but will also need to travel to the hospices, Christopher’s at Artington near Guildford and Shooting Star House at Hampton as and when required.

You may be required to attend events at weekends or in the evening therefore you are required to be a car owner and driver.
