Are you passionate about social media? Are you looking for an exciting role supporting our retail operations as a part of our busy digital team?

Sue Ryder has a fantastic opportunity for an excellent candidate to join the Marketing and Communication team at our head office in London as Digital Officer (Retail).

Responsible for our retail social media channels, both nationally and locally, to drive engagement through footfall in our 450+ charity shops, increase donations and sales, as well as increasing awareness and understanding of our wider work.

Key responsibilities include: 

.  Content creation and storytelling: proactively plan and source relevant content for our retail customers for use across our retail and national channels where 
   appropriate. Support our retail campaigns calendar and wider organisational campaigns to ensure consistent and integrated approach.
.  Shape Sue Ryder’s use of social media for retail: keep abreast of new trends and horizon scan for potential opportunities to engage existing and new 
   supporters/influencers.
.  Moderation: monitor retail social media to ensure comments, queries, feedback are responded to as quickly as possible, liaising with the shop teams where necessary 
   to formulate an agreed response (including some out of office hours work).

You will be an excellent digital communicator with strong copywriting skills and demonstrable experience of managing social media activities, including paid campaigns and advertising.
