In 2017/18 the National Deaf Children’s Society aims to raise £22 million to fund our range of services and campaigning work, through an active programme of supporter recruitment and fundraising to individuals, companies and charitable trusts. Key to our success is our ability to provide a high quality supporter care and administration service, ensuring gifts are processed promptly and accurately, queries are responded to fully and appropriately, and that supporters’ preferences are recorded and actioned.

This is a new role, leading an established team of supporter care officers and a recently created compliance officer position, and we are looking for someone who has a strong track record in customer service delivery and the interpersonal skills needed to lead, manage and represent the team across the organisation and externally.
