We are looking for a dynamic, enthuiastic and self-motivated Supporter Devleopment Manager to join our Hammersmith office. 

The post holder will have responsibility for leading the supporter development programme to retain and develop supporters and ultimately maximise long term value. The key focus areas will be executing fundraising appeals, ensuring the retention of supporters and growing the regular giving income stream.

This requires the development and delivery of end-to-end retention strategies and direct marketing campaigns across offline and online.

You will also need to understand data pools available for marketing and develop supporter journeys aimed at conversion to financial support.

You will be responsible for developing and executing direct marketing campaigns to retain and develop supporters through a variety of media. 

Some primary job requirements are:

  1. To deliver clear supporter journeys across segments, which draw on supporter behaviour and propensity, working closely with the data and operations team. 
  2. Work with colleagues internally to join up our communications and deliver compelling content to meet the needs of supporter teams who manage relationships with them.
  3. To project manage direct marketing campaigns in line with the business plan and budget.  Including pre-campaign input, campaign briefing, agency design and copy, briefing and managing data extractions and manipulation, print and production and set up of backend procedures.  Also to lead on the analysis post campaign.
