Sustrans, the charity that's making it easier for people to walk and cycle, is seeking to fill the following key vacancy within our Fundraising team:

Individual Giving Officer

£26,985 per annum

37.5 hours per week – based in Bristol

This exciting role will manage supporter stewardship and retention with the aim of increasing income and minimising attrition. The role will devise and deliver an annual programme of supporter fundraising communications, develop new and existing fundraising initiatives and establish a donor journey that will engage and delight supporters.  The role will also be responsible for the charity being fully compliant with fundraising regulation and data legislation and maximise income generation

Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent, you will have experience of working in fundraising or donor marketing, in particular donor welcome programmes and marketing campaigns/appeals. With excellent interpersonal, networking and relationship building skills and ability to produce materials for different mediums and different audiences, you will be able to motivate and enthuse others.  Commitment to the active use and promotion of sustainable transport is essential as is the ability to successfully plan and manage your own workload.
