Head of Individual Giving

Up to £37,000 per year (dependent on experience)
Full time, 37.5 hours per week • Permanent

Location: Windsor

We are looking to recruit an experienced donor development professional who can support the delivery of the fundraising strategy through significant growth of individual giving and the hospice lottery. 

You will be able to demonstrate previous success within the sphere of individual giving or direct marketing with proven experience of successfully using and understanding data to underpin decision fundraising strategies and tactics.

You will also have sound experience of managing and motivating people, along with impeccable attention to detail and planning skills. This is a varied role that provides a fantastic opportunity for focused and passionate professional to take ownership of this area to grow income in supporting the hospice.
