Senior Fundraiser

We are looking for innovative, enthusiastic individuals committed to the Mission of GOD TV to help us deliver relevant, highly creative Christian media to the world.

As Senior Fundraiser you will be part of the Operational Fundraising team. It is your job to ensure you learn the basics of our fundraising approach and learn all about GOD TV and the powerful testimonies we receive. It will be your job to communicate with our partners to encourage them, share these stories, take payments and build mutually beneficial relationships.

It is also a key function of this role to make calls to ensure the re-engagement of lapsed donors, increase regular giving and ask people to give new gifts. This is done from a perspective of creating ‘God’ appropriate opportunities for people to give into and not a sales approach, but as part of your role you will be expected to bring in new income.

In addition you will be expected think of creative ideas to help grow and sustain GOD TV’s income. At this level you will be expected to be self-sufficient and able to manage both your workload and targets without much intervention from management or the rest of the team.

As a senior member of the team you will also be expected to support and train the other members of the Fundraising team, suggesting ways to improve the quality and quantity of their calls. You may also be required to support the team with day to day people management including providing the calls lists, signing off holidays and ensuring team targets are met.
