Who are we?

We are a rapidly growing charity seeking to accelerate change for those affected by brain tumours, which kill more children and adults under 40 in the UK than any other cancer. Our five-year strategy is ambitious and sets out plans to double survival from brain tumours and halve the harm they cause to quality of life.

Our exciting job role!

Joining us at an exciting time, you will be instrumental in developing and delivering an individual giving strategy and leading on the stewardship of individual givers. This is a relatively new income stream for The Brain Tumour Charity, so there is everything to play for.

This role is full time - 37.5 hours and will be based in our Farnborough office, with some out‑of‑hours working.

According to the job description you should also have a proven track record in growing revenue through individual givers, you will be a direct marketing all-rounder; able to develop strategies, get involved in hands-on project delivery and develop engaging online and offline content. You will have strong analytical skills and your attention to detail will be exceptional. If this is for you, we’d love to hear from you!

What we'd like to give you:

- Salary c.£35,000 (dependent on experience)

- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays – pro rata for part-time contracts (we also close at Christmas as a ‘thank you’ for volunteering your time at some of our events throughout the year*)
