Face-to-Face Fundraising Manager – In-house.

Role Purposes

We are seeking an ambitious and results driven individual as Face to Face In-house Manager to provide strategic development, and day to day running of one of the largest Face to Face In-house teams in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Retain, develop and manage a largely temporary pool of workers and responsible for training and monitoring them to represent Guide Dogs in public (Street, Door to Door, Private Site channels)
  • Produce, manage and monitor the in-house face to face budget of c.£3m
  • Set clear strategies, objectives and KPIs to maximise on the delivery of a diverse portfolio of fundraising products.

Desired skills and competencies of Face to Face Manager:

  • Proven experience in Face to face Fundraising or field sales management.
  • Demonstrable track record in fundraising and or marketing handling a sizeable budget, analytical skills and understanding of Return on Investment and life time value.
  • Knowledge of Industry Regulators, IOF best practice and other relevant legislation.

  • Salary ranging from £33,507 to £35,478 per annum dependent on experience
