Are you an ambitious and experienced Campaign Manager with skills to provide strategic development of the Cash & Gaming team within the Individual Giving portfolio? 

As an Individual Giving Campaign Manager you will head a highly motivated team, and will have the opportunity to deliver a wide range of interesting campaigns, and contribute to strategy along with managing data and product developments. 

Role Details:

-Location: Burghfield Common, Reading
-Contract: Fixed-term contract for 10 months
-Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week
-Key Requirements: Eligibility to work in the UK. 

What do you get to do?

  • Creating, managing and ensuring delivery of all aspects of a campaign
  • Inputting into the wider fundraising plan and the strategies for delivering short and long term goals
  • Identifying analysis required to understand campaign trends and supporter behaviour and ensuring maximisation of Returns on Investment.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Confidence, motivation, organisation skills along with good time management, prioritisation and negotiating skills.
  • Proven track record and experience in a results-driven direct marketing environment with managing budgets and a variety of projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of budget setting, monitoring and re-forecasting, and a good understanding of direct marketing principles and techniques

Qualifications:

Educated to degree or diploma level
