Individual Giving Channel Manager

Role details;

  • Location: Central Office, Burghfield Common, Reading
  • Contract: Fixed term contract for 12 months – Maternity cover
  • Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week.

  • Key requirements: Right to work in the UK.

Role Purposes

We are seeking an ambitious and results driven individual as Individual Giving Channel Manager to provide strategic development of our Face to Face and Telefundraising channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic development and management of the face to face and Telefundraising channels
  • Monitoring income and expenditure targets for channels and ensure that timely and appropriate interventions are made
  • To be an active leader keeping staff morale up, involving them in both decision making and delivery.
  • Managing compliance and complaints across all channels
  • Managing relationships with external agencies and service providers as and when required.

Desired skills and competencies of Channel Manager:

  • Proven experience in channel management (either face to face or Telefundraising)
  • Demonstrable track record in fundraising and or marketing handling a sizeable budget, analytical skills and understanding of Return on Investment
  • Knowledge of PFRA Code of Conduct, IOF best practice and other relevant legislation.

  • Salary ranging from £42,000 to £45,000 per annum dependent on experience
