Contract type: Permanent

Location: Central Office, Burghfield

Hours: 35 hours per week

Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

Interview dates: 10th September 2019

Salary: £27,472 to £29,091 per annum

Are you an organised individual with great interpersonal skills and a flair for building relationships?

An exciting opportunity has presented itself for a Legacy Case Officer to become an integral member of the Fundraising & Marketing team.

You will manage your own caseload, ensuring that Guide Dogs’ Legacy income is maximised and received as quickly as possible.

You will be responsible for a share of over £45 M income of allocated legacy cases, ensuring that maximum value is achieved for Guide Dogs.

You will analyse the Estate/Trust Accounts, carefully examining their actions, recommendations and omissions, ensuring all estate assets have been accounted for to maximise Legacy income.

In your application, you will need to evidence, using specific examples, how your skills and experience meet the criteria laid out in the person specification, within the Job Description below. Requirements include;

  • Confident, flexible, self-motivated, enthusiastic and well-organised individual.

  • Sensitivity and empathy

  • a Degree level education, or experience of complex administrative work such as casework.
