Job Description

Full time- 35 hours a week

The Prince's Trust is a youth charity that helps change young lives. We give practical and financial support, developing key workplace skills, such as confidence and motivation. We work with 11 to 30-year-olds who have struggled at school, have been in care, are long-term unemployed or have been in trouble with the law. We have helped more than 825,000 young people since 1976 and support 100 more each working day. More than three in four young people we helped last year moved into work, education or training. We are committed to equality and valuing diversity.

As part of the Corporate Partnerships team, your work will contribute to helping the young people we support get their lives back on track.  You will get the opportunity to spend time with our Young Ambassadors and hear first-hand their brave and empowering stories and their journey with The Prince's Trust.  You'll be joining a passionate team.  We are bold and ambitious in how we approach corporate fundraising. For us, businesses also provide many of the solutions to our social mission.

We're looking for someone with passion, dedication and commitment to supporting the UK's most vulnerable young people who can hit the ground running and have an impact on our work. Working for The Prince's Trust gives you an opportunity like no other. The breadth of our work provides variety and creativity, enabling us to create diverse long-term partnerships. You'll work alongside the sector's top professional fundraisers and thrive in a truly dynamic environment

The Prince's Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.

We prefer to hire people directly, but we do have a preferred supplier list for when we'd like a helping hand. We'll be in touch if we need you.

We reserve the right to change the closing date depending on the number of responses received. Please submit your application as soon as possible to ensure it is considered in the selection process. If you have a disability and can demonstrate that closing this post early would impact on your ability to submit an application in time, please contact our HR team to request arrangements for an application to be submitted within the original timeframe.
