The Prince's Trust is a youth charity that helps change young lives. We give practical and financial support, developing key workplace skills, such as confidence and motivation. We work with 11 to 30-year-olds who have struggled at school, have been in care, are long-term unemployed or have been in trouble with the law. We have helped more than 825,000 young people since 1976 and support 100 more each working day. More than three in four young people we helped last year moved into work, education or training. We are committed to equality and valuing diversity.

This is a key role for a confident and dynamic individual to manage and develop our retail, leisure and hospitality corporate partnership, nationaly, raising funds from a brooad range of income streams including core donations, empoyee fundraising, events and commercial activity. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate relevant charity fundraising or, sales and marketing experience, with an understanding of what influences funding agendas and opportunities in the corporate sector. A strong communicator, with the ability to relate with personal credibility with senior personnel in the private sector, you will be able to demonstrate the challenges that face disadvantaged young people. Excellent written communication skills are a must, with the ability to develop detailed proposals, presentations and budgets.

The role will be based in our head office in Central London.
