Job Description


Full time- 35 hours a week

The Prince's Trust is a youth charity that helps change young lives. We give practical and financial support, developing key workplace skills, such as confidence and motivation. We work with 11 to 30-year-olds who have struggled at school, have been in care, are long-term unemployed or have been in trouble with the law. We have helped more than 825,000 young people since 1976 and support 100 more each working day. More than three in four young people we helped last year moved into work, education or training. We are committed to equality and valuing diversity.

The successful candidate will be an experienced individual in an Events environment within the charity fundraising arena.

You should be able to deliver of a range of events to exceptionally high standards, whilst successfully managing, reconciling and reporting on budgets and growing income through Events.

They should be able to demonstrate that they understand the challenges that face disadvantaged young people. They will also have an enthusiasm and passion for the work of The Prince's Trust and a conviction to deliver high positive outcomes for the young people we serve. They should be able to demonstrate that they can deliver results through both direct and non-direct reporting teams
