The Prince's Trust is a youth charity that helps change young lives. We give practical and financial support, developing key workplace skills, such as confidence and motivation. We work with 11 to 30-year-olds who have struggled at school, have been in care, are long-term unemployed or have been in trouble with the law. We have helped more than 825,000 young people since 1976 and support 100 more each working day. More than three in four young people we helped last year moved into work, education or training. We are committed to equality and valuing diversity.

We are looking for an exceptional candidate to join our Fundraising Data and Supporter Insight team as Fundraising Database Manager. The team is a relatively new unit, with the aim of driving and developing deep and meaningful knowledge of our supporters and their engagement with the organisation, whilst providing the foundations for excellence in data driven fundraising at The Prince's Trust. The team's function is not just to manage data but to help our fundraising teams be more effective and efficient, translating data into meaningful insight which can aid decisions and provide our supporters with the best possible experience.

As a charity, we have ambitious plans to help more young people and are therefore setting out an aim to raise more money. Data driven decision making will help underpin and drive this income growth. It means you'll be joining the team at an especially exciting time, playing a pivotal role in helping us to make the most of our fundraising data to unlock more income, to help more young people.

The successful candidate will have the desire to be part of this transformative work and ability to engage others in the power of data through high quality training, guidance and support. They will be able to clearly demonstrate a track record of managing a SQL CRM database, including developing databases to maximise user experience. They will have passion for our mission of giving every young person the chance to succeed and demonstrate The Prince's Trust's value.

Salary: GBP 32,800 - GBP 39,350

The Prince's Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
