Hours: Full time, 35 hours a week

Location: Prince's Trust House, London

As our Head of Corporate Partnerships (Retail) you will be a key part of our partnerships team and will work closely with colleagues across the fundraising team to develop high value partnerships and help us raise over GBP 70million each year so that we can deliver our mission and help young people transform their lives by developing their confidence and skills to live, learn and earn.

You will build and manage relationships with new and existing retail partners to deliver corporate funding and non-financial support, such as providing jobs for young people as part of our programmes. Working with internal teams, such as events, business development and public sector teams,will allow you to grow these relationships and maximise funding.

To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about helping young people transform their lives, it is at the heart of everything we do, you will also be an experienced fundraiser and a motivational manager with fundraising or commercial skills and the ability to lead and network with senior personnel in the private sector. You will also have strong financial, and project/account management skills.

Ideally, you will also be able to demonstrate that you understand the challenges that face disadvantaged young people and be able to quickly understand the fundamentals of Prince's Trust operational delivery.
