Hours: Full time- 35 hours a week

Location: Preferred location Luton but will consider Essex for the right candidate

This is a key role that supports our mission ‘to help young people transform their lives by developing the confidence and skills, to live, learn and earn’ through the provision of funding to enable operational staff to carry out this work.

You will manage the growth of Public Sector income and deliver The Trust’s strategic goals by: Growing income in line with ambitious growth targets. Ensure income is aligned with The Trust’s operational delivery plans at all times Manage a high-quality team of staff

You will support the growth of The Prince’s Trust’s reputation within the youth sector in the region and will manage The Trust’s income generation from the public sector in the region to support Operational Directors and colleagues in their delivery of services to young people To support the private sector fundraisers to maximise fundraising opportunities.

We are particularly interested to hear from you if you’re a highly motivated self-starter with experience in a relevant fundraising, charity or sales and marketing environment.
