Prince’s Trust International

Contract Type: Permanent

Full time: Full time, 35 hours a week

Location: London

Prince's Trust International was created by HRH, The Prince of Wales' in 2015 to enable The Prince's Trust to build on its 40+ years of success in the UK, by sharing its experience and expertise with governments and NGOs around the World who are similarly seeking to tackle youth unemployment and its related challenges.  Working sustainably with international partners to create innovative and impactful solutions, we have a challenging target of reaching 100,000 young people globally over the next five years.

We have an ambitious fundraising target to raise £50 million to achieve this work. As an experienced and first-class fundraiser in Philanthropy, you will be expected to work across the spectrum of ultra-high net worth individuals, multi-national companies and grant making foundations.  In addition to stewarding those who have provided early seed funding, this role requires a proactive and innovative approach in order to prospect for new donors and build your own pipeline.

Part of a growing and dedicated team, this broad and exciting role will offer an exceptional opportunity to develop your skills and experience across a rapidly growing and diverse donor base. You will use and develop a wide range of skills required in senior fundraising posts including research, event management, report and bid writing and database management. You will have the opportunity to delegate for the Senior Head of Fundraising and to represent Prince’s Trust International at the highest levels.

Whilst predominantly office based, this role will involve some international and UK travel.
