The Prince's Trust is a youth charity that helps change young lives. We give practical and financial support, developing key workplace skills, such as confidence and motivation. We work with 11 to 30-year-olds who have struggled at school, have been in care, are long-term unemployed or have been in trouble with the law. We have helped more than 825,000 young people since 1976 and support 100 more each working day. More than three in four young people we helped last year moved into work, education or training. We are committed to equality and valuing diversity.

It is an exciting time to work with The Public Sector Partnerships Team at The Prince's Trust Cymru.

We have an ambitious five year strategy that outlines a period of growth, the likes of which has never before been seen in Wales.

Our new Council provides dynamic support for the team in Wales. It brings with it a wealth of experience and contacts across the sectors.

This is both an exciting and challenging time for fundraising in Wales. It is essential that we continue our proactive approach, developing strategic partnerships, responding to and influencing policy and identifying and securing funding.

The cross-portfolio working of the Welsh Government has not been seen before and we hope to exploit this with a strategic investment offer in line with our five year strategy. The new government is an opportunity to explore and develop new relationships across key public sector organisations, unlocking funding and partnership working opportunities.
