Role: Head of Communications 

Full time: 37.5 hours per week. Maternity cover (12 months from start date) role, based in Cheadle, Cheshire

We are looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic Head of Communications to cover maternity leave in our friendly team. 

Working in a small, but dynamic communications team, the head of communications will be tasked with the day-to-day running of the department, and the management of a new website project and brand refresh. 

The post would ideally suit someone with a mix of communication skills from charity communications background, with a proven track record in management, relationship building and working on large, high priority projects. 

This is an exciting time to join the Trust and the ideal candidate will have a passion for communications, strong leadership skills and experience of working across a range of internal and external channels. Good organisation skills, a flexible approach, a good eye-for-detail and strong written and oral communication skills are also essential.
