This is an exciting opportunity for a Trusts and Foundations Fundraiser experienced in handling budgets of circa £500,000 per annum. This is a new post reflecting the commitment of the Wales Millennium Centre to develop further its relationship with Trusts and Foundations nationally and where appropriate internationally. This post will also take responsibility for accessing funding opportunities via Lottery funders and appropriate government grant funding programmes.

Since opening 12 years ago the Wales Millennium Centre has established strong reputation for presenting, and latterly producing artistic work of global importance. This is complemented by a strong Creative Learning programme which the Centre wishes to develop further to have a broader and deeper impact on the communities that it serves across Wales.

Whilst based in the beautiful landmark building that many are familiar with in Cardiff Bay, this role will help enable the Centre to reach audiences and communities, from across Wales and internationally.

This role will work closely with the Creative Team, helping to ensure that support from trusts and foundations is maximised when planning, producing and presenting the work of the Centre. This is a key role within the fundraising team and provides a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Trusts and Foundations Fundraiser to develop their career further.
