You will also be a team player who is generous in sharing your knowledge and experience with junior colleagues.  Coram is a complex and interesting organisation, so you will be eager to seek out the information you need and delve into the detail.  Above all, your belief in giving children the best start in life will drive you to build on an existing portfolio of funders, developing them and bringing in new high-level trusts and foundations.
