Executive Assistant

The appointment will be full time on UCL Grade 7. The salary range will be £35,328 - £42,701 per annum, inclusive of London Allowance.

The Division of Psychology and Language Sciences undertakes world-leading research and teaching in mind, behaviour and language.

We are seeking an experienced assistant to provide dedicated executive support to the Head of Division, Professor Peter Fonagy. The post holder will manage his busy diary, make complex travel arrangements and support his research activities and national committees relating to his NHS England, Heath Education England and other Government and professional commitments. A major function of the role is to coordinate Professor Fonagy’s UCL and national responsibilities with his research activities in the Research Department of Clinical, Educational and Health Psychology (CEHP).

The post holder should have experience of making complex international travel arrangements, as well as diary management at senior level, arranging meetings and minute taking, event management and liaising with a wide variety of people.

They will be expected to prioritise and organise their own workload, multitask efficiently and establish their own networks of support, both across UCL and in the wider context of Professor Fonagy’s national and international work.
