An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a successful Alumni Relations and Development Office in a world-renowned educational establishment in the heart of London.

We are looking for someone to play a vital role in delivering events and deepening stakeholder relationships across the Westminster Community (including current and former parents, alumni and all funders). The successful candidate will have outstanding organisational and communication skills as well as being a team player and able to deal with conflicting demands and tight deadlines. An enthusiasm to produce events of all kinds is a must. A professional, customer-facing attitude will be key, as will a keen eye for detail. There will be investment in training for professional development.

The role would suit an individual who is looking to take their career to the next level, taking ownership for a busy calendar of events and also developing brand new cultivation and recognition schemes to generate more philanthropic income for the School.

The successful candidate will join at a key point in the evolution of the School’s charitable history. Later this year, we will launch a major new bursaries campaign that will be central to the School’s future evolution, whilst remaining faithful to its original foundations. We have ambitious plans to increase the number of pupils receiving bursaries, so we are building the best team to help make a Westminster education a reality for many more talented and deserving young people, regardless of their financial circumstances.

The client is happy to conduct telephone interviews for overseas candidates.
