Joining our dedicated Fundraising team in a newly created role, you will proactively generate sustainable income for the Hospice by leading the individual giving fundraising programme to achieve agreed targets.
You will identify opportunities to recruit new regular givers, working closely with our Marketing team and in partnership with external agencies, to create new contacts and build relationships that inspire supporters to give regularly.
You will need to be well organised, planning up to a year ahead and co-ordinating resources and people to deliver an engaging programme.
To monitor your success you will use financial information; generating and analysing reports to track progress.
You will ideally have some previous fundraising or business development experience, preferably in the charity sector, as well as a good level of computer literacy including databases.
