About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Head of Philanthropy & Individual Giving to raise income and drive engagement from individual donors and supporters. This role will focus on developing and supporting programmes aimed at lower-level givers via events such as World Thinking Day, and International Day of the Girl, as well as via supporter appeals (both online and offline).

In this role, you will be responsible for generating voluntary income from individual donors with a focus on lower level giving opportunities (e.g. supporter appeals, online giving, and regular giving). The programmes also encourage support from individual givers within WAGGGS’s strategic corporate partners and, as such, involves liaison with senior stakeholders.

About You:

As the successful candidate, you will have significant experience in devising strategies to generate income from individual donors. You will be adept at maintaining and building long term relationships with donors/volunteers.

You will have a good track record of budget management and delivering agreed fundraising targets

French, Spanish or Arabic language skills are desirable.
