Fundraising Manager – Wildlife Charity

YWT is a dynamic and growing organisation and is seeking to appoint a forward thinking Fundraising Manager to be responsible for driving forward and managing all the Trust’s fundraising and supporter care activity around appeals, legacies, commemorations, corporate fundraising and high value donors.

£30000 p.a. plus up to 9% employer pension contribution

The post holder will be responsible for the central coordination of Grant and Trust applications, supporting colleagues to ensure all opportunities are maximised in order to meet the ambition of the Trust’s Development Plan.

You will ideally have a detailed knowledge of fundraising, with particular understanding of the principles of legacies, individual giving, donor development and Grant and Trust Fundraising. As well as having competent budget management skills and the ability to make accurate forecasts of budget and return on investment, you will also have experience of  managing staff and volunteers and will relish the opportunity of leading a diverse team to ensure that the highest quality of supporter care is provided at all times.
