Senior Individual Giving Executive - 12 Month FTC

We are looking for a talented Senior Individual Giving Executive (Retention) to join our Committed Giving Team for 12 Months on a fixed term contract. The role reports into the Senior Individual Manager (Retention) and is responsible for the developing integrated stewardship journeys across committed giving products.

This is a really exciting time for the team and the charity, and we are looking for someone with great ideas and initiative, who is keen to get stuck in to make real change.

The salary for this position is £34,821. 

About the Team

The Committed Giving Team is a high achieving team responsible for the acquisition and retention of regular donors. The team work across 3 key areas; Non-dialogue Acquisition, Direct Dialogue Acquisition (Face to Face channels), Stewardship,. The team work closely together with the shared aim of delivering exceptional supporter experience and raising the reliable income the hospital needs to help provide extraordinary care for seriously ill children and their families.

About You

You will be a creative, self-motivated, and organised project manager with experience of working within a diverse, target-driven team. With a keen eye for detail and able to manage multiple projects at once, you will have a direct marketing background, ideally within the charity sector.

The ideal candidate will also have:

  • Highly organised and able to work autonomously with little supervision
  • Experience of regular giving programmes (ideally both cash direct debit and weekly lottery products)
  • Experience in writing campaign briefs (creative, data)
  • An analytical and inquisitive mind, with a keen eye for detail
  • Exceptional project management skills and excellent time management
  • The ability to build and manage great relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • A passion for exceptional donor experience
