Are you a creative and data-driven individual looking to develop your digital marketing career?
We are looking for someone to join our Digital Fundraising Team as a Digital Marketing Officer, where you will help grow our digital fundraising efforts and engage new supporters to make a lasting difference to the lives of people experiencing homelessness.
In the exciting role of Digital Marketing Officer you will:
- Develop and deliver digital fundraising and marketing campaigns across digital channels such as paid social media, email, search, and display.
- Source and create engaging, compelling content — including case studies and photography — to inspire supporters.
- Analyse and optimise campaign performance, ensuring strong results and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with teams across the organisation and external partners to ensure campaigns are impactful and on brand.
In this role you will be required to work flexibly for at least 2 days per week from our Central Office in Tower Hill, London. This allows for training, in person collaboration, team building, line management and other relationship building opportunities. We support a flexible approach to work with opportunities for agile working for the rest of your week; from home, or other St Mungo’s London or regional locations.

- Excellent analytical skills to assess performance and identify improvements.
