Are you keen to join a charity that will provide you with unparalleled opportunities to influence the future direction of education in England?  Do you aspire to work for a dynamic, growing organisation where you can shape and implement its fundraising strategy?

For the past 10 years, NSN has been proud of its contribution to the improvement of education in our state-funded schools, channelling ideas, innovation, passion and expertise to deliver some of the best performing schools in the country.

With offices in London and Manchester, we support the creation of new schools within communities: drawing together parents, teachers, charities and schools and work as a key partner to see the spark of an idea flourish into open, thriving schools. In addition, our delivery of the Academy Ambassadors programme places senior leaders from business and the professions into pro bono non-executive director roles onto the boards of free schools and academy trusts.

Your experience as a successful corporate-, grants-, and donor-led fundraiser will mean that you will be able to quickly identify, develop and deliver our charity’s fundraising strategy. Reporting into our COO, you will have the opportunity to identify and secure new sources of funding, craft grant applications, develop messaging and collateral, organise high-profile events for potential donors and existing supporters and above all, act as NSN’s own ambassador. This role will provide you with the opportunity to champion the government’s vision for becoming a world-class education innovator.

To apply, please send your CV and covering letter which highlights your relevant experience and also tells us why you share our core purpose and passion.

Benefits:

25 days holiday (not including Christmas shut-down), protected personal learning and development days, support for volunteer work, generous pension, season ticket loan and more.
