Above & Beyond, the official charity partner for the Bristol city centre hospitals, is entering a new and exciting phase of its development. Our ambitions are bigger than ever and we need incredible people to help to achieve these ambitions.

The new role of Head of Supporter Engagement will play an integral part of unlocking opportunities across our fundraising portfolio with specific focus on our Community Engagement and Individual Giving functions. Sitting as part of the Fundraising & Marketing Management Team you will also have a key role to play in defining the future direction of the fundraising & marketing programme at this exciting and formative stage.

You will have senior management experience across both supporter acquisition and development, in either individual giving or community and a practical understanding of supporter/customer journey mapping, lifetime value and delivering insight-driven supporter/customer programmes.  You will also have the proven ability to deliver exceptional stewardship at scale and be well practiced at developing strategy, tactical planning and implementation. Above all, you will bring energy to this incredibly special role, have the ability to build strong connections and have a passion for your work and making a difference.
