Hft is one of the largest and longest-established charities supporting people with learning disabilities. Position: Fundraising & Supporter Care Officer
Location: Whitefriars, Bristol, BS1
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £23,747 per annum

About the role:

There has never been a more exciting time to join us. With the implementation of a new fundraising plan, we are ambitious to grow to help even more people with learning disabilities.

Working as part of the lovely and hard-working Data and Compliance Team, you will be responsible for supporting the Fundraising Team in all aspects of Supporter Care. This includes implementing and developing Hft’s Supporter Care strategy, building relationships with donors, and maintaining and developing an effective database.

About you:

We have big ambitions at Hft. However, these can only be achieved with the right people with the right skills and attitude. We are looking for someone who has proven administration experience and strong relationship management. And ideally you will have proven experience in Raiser’s Edge database.
