Fundraising and Partnership Manager (Maternity Cover)

The Ethical Trading Initiative is recruiting a Fundraising and Partnership Manager on a fixed term maternity cover contract. This exciting role will lead ETI’s fundraising efforts to drive an expansion in its fundraising portfolio. The Ethical Trading Initiative is a leading International alliance of companies, trade unions and NGOs that promotes respect for workers’ rights worldwide.

The Fundraising and Partnerships Manager will be responsible for developing the organisation’s fundraising strategy and growing its income streams. The role will develop a strong network of strategic partnership and funding opportunities, in turn driving change for workers in global supply chains.

ETI is looking for an experienced fundraiser who will be responsible for identifying and securing funding opportunities from a range of sources, including trusts and foundations, institutions and the corporate sector. The successful candidate will provide leadership and direction to meet ambitious fundraising targets and broaden the appeal of the organisation to new funders and potential donors.

As the sole fundraiser for ETI, the preferred candidate must be a self-starter with a proven track record of fundraising and income generation from a range of sources. They will have previous experience of planning and implementing a fundraising strategy with the ability to build strong, long lasting partnerships with donors.
