Location: York
35 Hours per Week
£32,000 p.a Plus up to 9% Employer Pension Contribution

Do you have the ability to motivate, inspire and build a high performing team? Do you have excellent communication skills? Would you like to play a part in creating a Yorkshire rich in wildlife for everyone?

If so, we are looking for a Head of Supporter Engagement to lead our dynamic and enthusiastic Supporter Engagement Team. This exciting new role will lead in the development and delivery of an effective supporter engagement strategy in order to strengthen our relationships with members, volunteers and visitors. You will work with the team as well as regional colleagues in order to increase and enhance engagement, growth and support from our members, volunteers and visitors.

We are looking for a highly organised, self-motivated and driven individual to respond to opportunities. They will have exceptional project management skills as well as having good knowledge of data analysis. Not only will they have outstanding customer service they will have a proven track record of managing and leading a team in addition to having extensive experience in managing budgets and financial data.
