Considering working for us? Be warned, you may find it hard to ever leave. We are passionate about our staff and believe in caring for them in the same ways we care about our service users. We are a growing charity and don’t have the resource to provide fancy staff perks however the things money can’t buy we are really good at. We believe staff are the foundation stone to the success of the charity and so we do everything we can to make sure they feel valued, supported, engaged and developed. People who’ve worked for us in the past have said we’ve spoilt them, as they just can’t find what we offer from other employers. If you are looking for a role with a clearly identified career path, the ability to build something yourself, in an organisation that genuinely cares about your health and welfare, then this is for you.
