War on Want is a dynamic, radical organisation that runs hard-hitting campaigns against the root causes of poverty and human rights violation, mobilising support and building alliances to fight for human rights, especially workers’ rights, raising public awareness of the root causes of poverty, inequality and injustice, and empowering people to take action for change. We work in partnership and active solidarity with grassroots groups around the world, as part of the movement for global justice.

Reporting to the Director of Income and Engagement, this role takes the lead in generating income from individual giving. You will be responsible for recruiting, developing and retaining regular and cash donors, providing outstanding supporter care and growing our supporter database. This is a highly rewarding position for an ambitious and dynamic individual to make a genuine difference in the fight for global justice.
