Relationship Executive (Small Trusts & Research)

For remote communities impoverished by formidable physical barriers, the service MAF provides with their fleet of just over 130 light aircraft is invaluable.  We enable patients, relief workers, produce, medical supplies and Christian workers to be safely transported over mountains, forests, rivers, deserts and impassable roads, bringing transformational help and hope to places where flying is not a luxury – it is a lifeline. 

Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF) is a not-for-profit Christian mission organisation who fly light aircraft in developing countries to transform the lives of the world's most isolated people in need. 

With the needs of isolated people being greater than ever, we want to grow our income to meet the increasing demand for our services worldwide. As a result, we are seeking a Relationship Executive (Small Trusts & Research) to establish and steward relationships with small trusts (annual gifts of less than £10,000) and to grow our pool of trusts and individuals for the whole Major Donor Team.

To achieve success in the fundraising part of the role and help the charity reach their ambitious growth targets, the individual will need to become knowledgeable about the work we undertake, have persuasive writing skills, work to agreed targets and maintain and develop spreadsheets. As the prospect researcher for the team you will need to identify new supporters using the prioritised Research Plan.

MAF UK is a Christian mission organisation and there is an occupational requirement for the job holder of this position to be a committed Christian.
