As the Dementia Support Manager in Tower Hamlets, you will maintain and manage a caseload of clients with dementia or who are affected by dementia; providing support by helping them to maintain their independence, improving their sense of well-being, and putting them in more control of their lives. Ideally you will possess an in depth understanding of the needs of people with dementia and their carers as well as qualifications at NVQ level 3 or above (or equivalent). Experience of working in the voluntary sector or a care setting is desirable.
