Unicef ensures more of the world’s children are vaccinated, educated and protected than any other organisation. We have done more to influence laws and policies to help protect children than anyone else. We get things done. And we’re not going to stop until the world is a safe place for all our children.

Unicef UK’s Foundation Partnerships team builds and nurtures high value partnerships with like-minded institutions, trusts, foundations and statutory bodies with the goal of unlocking strategic funding and contributing to Unicef’s global mission of keeping children healthy, happy and safe. These partnerships support a wide range of Unicef programmes in countries and communities which have the greatest need.

The Programme Funding Manager is responsible for the ongoing management of some of Unicef UK’s complex statutory and institutional grants. Principally, this involves overseeing programme reporting, contributing to proposal development and programme planning, as we seek to expand our portfolio of partnerships while continuing to deliver world-class stewardship to our existing partners.

The successful candidate will have extensive and demonstrable experience of managing complex grants from charitable institutions, statutory bodies or large foundations. You must be comfortable with all aspects of grant cycle management, including proposal development, outcome setting and financial and narrative reporting, preferably on 7 figure grants and in an international development or humanitarian emergency context.
