The charity team work to raise awareness of the needs of this growing group of children and young adults, and the families that support them, within medical, educational, social service and government circles as well as raising the profile of the charity with the general public.

To be able to provide ongoing & building services the charity is working to strengthen its individual giving and community fundraising.  This will be supported by strengthening the donor journey and ensuring that we are communicating as effectively as possible with all of our current fundraising team to develop these areas and will be involved in creating and promoting campaigns to raise awareness and vital funds for LHM.

As this is a project based role, it is a 6 month fixed term contract.  The role will be closely monitored and there is a possibility of the role continuing.
