Redwings the charity is a provider of everyday care for over 1,500 horses and donkeys across our UK centres, including five Visitor Centres. In addition we have around 500 horses out on loan in private homes.

Fundraising Development Manager

Head Office, Norfolk

Permanent 37.50 hrs a week Monday to Friday

(Part time hours 22.50 to 30 hours per week, would be considered for the right candidate)

Salary £27,183.00 per annum

Subject to a six month probationary period.

Redwings is seeking a Fundraising Development Manager to be based at our Hapton HQ South of Norwich. You will be responsible for the implementation of Redwings fundraising plans for the recruitment and retention of supporters through the Charity’s Visitor Centres, as well as developing new income streams through community and corporate giving.

The successful candidate will support our five Visitor Centres based in Essex, Warwickshire, Scotland and Norfolk, ensuring they have the tools and training required to provide excellent donor care and maximise voluntary income generation.

As the post holder it is expected that you will attend networking events to generate community and corporate leads in Norfolk, whilst supporting Visitor Centre teams to do the same in their own communities nationwide. You will also work to develop the Charity’s existing Gifts in Kind scheme.

The ideal applicant will be organised, motivated and focussed on donor care. They will have an eye for detail and enjoy a mixture of administrative and front of house work.

A full clean manual driving licence is essential for visiting our remote Visitor Centres as and when required.
