The RSPB are expanding our Corporate Partnerships team as we continue to build on recent successes and increased public awareness of our efforts to collaborate with businesses, enabling collective action in support of nature's recovery.

Salary starting at: £25,463 to £29,707 per annum. Applicants should expect under normal circumstances to receive an offer at the bottom of the advertised range
Hours: Full time – Part Time hours considered
Contract: Permanent

Your work with us will allow you to play a vital role in raising awareness of the crisis that nature is facing and to make a significant impact to restore habitats, save species from extinction and provide opportunities for people of all ages to connect more closely to nature - protecting it for the future.

The Partnership Development Manager will work with the wider team to develop support and funding from business and brands by delivering the RSPB's partnership offer to reach challenging but achievable targets.

Relationship development is a key focus of this role as well as stewardship and facilitation of successful partnerships.

The post-holder will be someone who thrives on creativity, ambiguity and on being proactive - who can draw upon their track record of developing and managing relationships in a corporate context.

Confident engaging contacts via phone, email and in-person, you will work alongside the rest of the team to increase support for the cause, generate funding for our vital conservation work and position the RSPB as top of mind for brands committed to supporting nature's recovery.

The successful candidate will have experience of relationship development and account management experience ideally gained in a corporate setting, as well as a passion and keen interest in conservation and the work of the RSPB.

The role will be based primarily at our HQ in Sandy Bedfordshire with regular travel across the UK and occasional evening and weekend work also required. Along with a competitive salary, the RSPB offer flexible working, occasional remote working and TOIL for overtime completed.
