We are looking for a talented individual to join us as Income Generation, Marketing and Communications Director, and be a member of our Strategic Management Team.

You will lead and build on the success of our high-performing Retail, Community, Events, Lottery, Marketing & Communications Teams and further progress St Michael’s income generation activities.

Having been established for 35 years, St Michael’s is well-known, highly respected and generously supported by the community.

Your role will be to build on this firm base using innovative, creative and collaborative ways of working to grow income and play a significant role in improving the public’s understanding of the Hospice’s work.

You will bring your unique skills, expertise, attributes and experience to this dynamic and varied opportunity.  You will build on a culture of fundraising across the organisation while playing a leading role in the development and future success of the charity as a whole.

You will need to have significant experience gained at a senior level. You will need inspirational leadership skills, commercial acumen and an innovative and strategic approach to harness opportunities for further impact and success.
