Do you passionately believe in the power of volunteering to change lives? Are you a dynamic and creative designer able to shape an engaging and impactful volunteering experience at the UK’s leading youth charity?

If so, we’re looking for a new team member to join the Volunteering Development team at The Prince’s Trust. Volunteers play a pivotal role in enabling us to help 60,000 young people every year, however we know that we’re still not fully capitalising on the skills, experience and time that volunteers have to offer. We want to design and embed a new way of working which will put volunteering at the forefront of the organisation and unlock our abilities to reach one million young people over the next ten years.

You will support the Volunteering Development Manager to deliver key projects which enhance the experience for volunteers and colleagues, and able volunteers to have a greater impact on young people across the U.K.

You may be an excellent and creative problem solver or have a good foundational knowledge of volunteer management frameworks. More importantly, you will be a people person at heart with a willing to try and fail, can do attitude.

The Prince’s Trust believes that every young person deserves the chance to succeed. Yet every year hundreds of thousands of young people across the UK don’t get this chance

We work communities across the UK, helping young people aged 11-30 to succeed, no matter what their background. Our vision is to significantly grow the amount of young people we are equipping with the skills and confidence they need to live, learn and earn.

To help more young people, we simply cannot do this without harnessing the support of a community of volunteers and supporters
