Contract: Permanent | Full time
Salary: £40 - £42,000 pa
Based: Cheam

We are the Charity for Civil Servants, and we support civil servants, past and present, when times are tough, listening without judgement and offering practical, financial and emotional support.

We’re now recruiting for an Individual Giving Manager. As part of the Marketing and Income Generation Team, you will be responsible for developing our growth strategy for Individual Giving, including introducing cost effective individual giving cash appeals and recruiting, retaining and reactivating individual donors.

You will also line manage our Supporter Care team, and support us in delivering high quality donor and supporter communications.

The successful candidate will have a sound understanding of audience, data, segmentation and applied experience of direct and digital marketing.
